Amendment of documents in cases and interlocutory applications
Subregulation 1
A Tribunal may, subject to any conditions, grant permission to a party to a case to amend a document previously filed by that party in connection with that case or with an interlocutory application in that case.
Subregulation 2
Where permission is granted to a party to a case to amend a document, the party must —
file a statement of the amendments in the specified form; and
within 7 days after the statement is filed, cause a sealed copy of the statement to be served on every other party to the case.
Subregulation 3
The amendments are deemed to be made at the time the statement is filed.
Subregulation 4
To avoid doubt, this regulation does not prevent a person from filing a notice specifying a new address for service under regulation 13(3).
