Suspension of orders of Tribunal pending reference of question of law to Court
Subregulation 1
Where, after the date on which a Tribunal has given its decision in a case, the Tribunal refers to the Court a question of law that arose in the course of the case, the Tribunal may suspend the operation of any order made by the Tribunal in the case.
Subregulation 2
Where an order of a Tribunal is suspended under paragraph (1), the secretary must —
(a)
cause a written notice of the suspension to be served on each party to the case; and
(b)
if particulars of the order have been advertised in any manner pursuant to a direction under regulation 16(4) — cause particulars of the suspension to be advertised in the same manner.
