Conditions for employee, etc., class licensee
A class licensee by virtue of paragraph 25 may possess or store and use an airgun, airgun part or airgun accessory, or supply any airgun, airgun part or airgun accessory (by lending or providing on hire), in connection with any acceptable purpose subject to all the following conditions:
the class licensee takes all reasonable steps necessary, when possessing or storing and using or supplying an airgun, airgun part or airgun accessory —
to protect other people who may be affected by that activity from alarm, death or injury; and
to protect property from unlawful destruction or damage and otherwise preserve public safety;
the class licensee carries out that activity only within the appropriately managed shooting range of a school that his or her employer holds a venue approval for;
the class licensee must have completed training in the safe carrying out of that activity.
