Information under section 76(2) of Act
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 76(2) of the Act, the certificate of transfer must specify the following information:
(a)
the names of the transferor and the transferee;
(b)
the class or classes of the shares to be transferred, and the number of shares in each class to be transferred;
(c)
the details of the determination made by the Authority under section 75 of the Act.
Subregulation 2
In this regulation, “transferee” and “transferor” have the meanings given by section 74(1) of the Act.
