Definitions of “significant shareholder”
For the purposes of the definitions of “significant shareholder” in sections 74(1), 77 and 80(1) of the Act, each person in the second column of the Third Schedule is a significant shareholder of the pertinent financial institution in the first column of that Schedule opposite that person.
