Definitions of “significant shareholder provisions”
For the purposes of the definitions of “significant shareholder provisions” in sections 74(1), 77 and 80(1) of the Act, each provision of written law in the second column of the Fourth Schedule is a significant shareholder provision for the pertinent financial institution in the first column of that Schedule opposite that provision.
