Prescribed purpose under section 53(3)(b) of Act
The purpose of any contemplated or intended proceedings in court by any specified person against or otherwise in relation to an end‑user who has allegedly engaged in online harmful activity in relation to the victim, is a prescribed purpose under section 53(3)(b) of the Act.
