Clause 1

Short title

This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Supply (FY 2004) Act 2005.

Clause 2

Supply $1,572,432,070

(1)

A further sum of $1,572,432,070, not otherwise provided for by the Supply Act 2004 (Act 8 of 2004), is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 2004 to 31st March 2005 (both dates inclusive).

The sum specified in subsection (1) is hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
