Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2005.

Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Supply Act 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2005.
Supply $24,810,335,690 and $14,402,999,600
A sum not exceeding $24,810,335,690 is hereby authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period from 1st April 2005 to 31st March 2006 (both dates inclusive).
A sum not exceeding $14,402,999,600 is hereby authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period from 1st April 2005 to 31st March 2006 (both dates inclusive).
The sums specified in subsections (1) and (2) are hereby appropriated for the purposes of the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
