Short title and commencement
This Act is the Supply Act 2025 and comes into operation on 1 April 2025.
Supply from Consolidated Fund
A sum of not more than $139,804,307,900 is authorised to be issued from the Consolidated Fund for the period starting 1 April 2025 and ending 31 March 2026.
The sum in subsection (1) is appropriated for the Heads of Expenditure for the public service specified in the Schedule.
Supply from Development Fund
A sum of not more than $39,236,834,600 is authorised to be issued from the Development Fund for the period starting 1 April 2025 and ending 31 March 2026.
The sum in subsection (1) is appropriated for development purposes under the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.

In accordance with Article 148(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of
Singapore, this Bill seeks to make provision for the appropriation of moneys from
the Consolidated Fund and the Development Fund to meet the estimated
expenditure for the financial year 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 (called
FY 2025). The Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for FY 2025 have been laid
before Parliament.
Clause 1 relates to the short title and commencement.
Clause 2 authorises a sum of not more than $139,804,307,900 to be issued from
the Consolidated Fund for FY 2025. The sum is appropriated for the Heads of
Expenditure for the public service specified in the Schedule.
Clause 3 authorises a sum of not more than $39,236,834,600 to be issued from
the Development Fund for FY 2025. The sum is appropriated for development
purposes under the Heads of Expenditure specified in the Schedule.
EXPENDITURE OF PUBLIC MONEY
This Bill will involve the Government in extra financial expenditure which will
amount in total to a sum not exceeding $179,041,142,500.
