76. Registrar not to act where interested
Feedback & supportThe Registrar, the Deputy Registrar or an Assistant Registrar must not, except with the approval of the Chief Justice, or with the consent of the parties, investigate or hear and determine any proceedings to or in which he or she is a party or personally interested.
