26. Pending proceedings
Feedback & supportAny proceedings or cause of action pending or existing immediately before 1st October 1982 by or against the Government in respect of the Postal Department or by or against the former Telecommunication Authority or any person acting on its behalf may be continued and shall be enforced by or against the Corporation.

“Postal Department” means the Postal Services Department established under the Post Office Act in force before 1st October 1982;
