63. Prohibitions in respect of radio-communication and telecommunication equipment
Feedback & support(1)
No person shall —
(a)
offer for sale, sell or possess for sale any telecommunication equipment; or
(b)
possess any radio-communication equipment,except and in accordance with a licence granted under section 22 or any regulations made under this Act.
(2)
Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
