113. Exemption from distress and attachment
Feedback & supportThe installation or plant used for telecommunications of a public telecommunication licensee or the installation or plant used for posts of a public postal licensee shall not be subject to distress or be liable to be taken in execution under any process of a court in any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings against any person without the prior approval of the Minister in writing.
