43. Designation of public postal licensees
Feedback & supportThe Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, designate any person who has been granted a licence under section 42 as a public postal licensee to perform all or any of the functions relating to the provision of postal services within the exclusive privilege of the Authority under this Act.
