Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Telecommunications (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 11th November 2005.

Telecommunications (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2005 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation TA-S706-2005 1999, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1999.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Telecommunications (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 11th November 2005.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Authority in accordance with section 64(1) of the Act:
any offence under section 21(7), 26(8), 29(6) or (9), 31(1), 32, 32E(3), 33(1), (3) or (4), 34(2), 35(1) or (3), 39, 40(1), 45, 46, 48, 49(1), (2) or (3), 52 or 59(6) of the Act;
any offence under the Telecommunications (Certificates of Competency for Ship Station Operators) Regulations (Rg 1);
any offence under the Telecommunications (Cable Detection Workers) Regulations (Rg 4);
any offence under the Telecommunications (Radio-communication) Regulations (Rg 5);
any offence under the Telecommunications (Dealers) Regulations (Rg 6); (f)any offence under the Telecommunications (Internal Wiring) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 479/2005) as in force before 1 July 2024;
any offence under the Telecommunications (Class Licences) Regulations (Rg 3); and
any offence under regulation 6 of the Telecommunications (Wiring Work) Regulations 2024 (G.N. No. S 559/2024).
Revocation
The Telecommunications (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 2) are revoked.
