Citation and commencement
This Order is the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act 2002 (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 26 August 2026.
Amendment of First Schedule
In the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act 2002, in the First Schedule, in paragraph 2 —
delete sub-paragraph (zs);
in sub-paragraph (zz), replace the full-stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and
after sub-paragraph (zz), insert —“(zza)Tarmizi bin Mohd Taha (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 8 June 1995);
(zzb)Tan Jun Jie (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 19 March 2007).”.
