Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 13) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2013.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 13) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2013.
Exemption
Mohamad Ashikin Bin Mohamad Yusof (NRIC No. S7131148A) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the de-registration and scrapping of his motor cycle bearing registration number FA 1426 Y.
