Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 3) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2008.

Citation and commencement

Exemption
Jasmani Bin Bakran (NRIC No. S1532541J) and Zarah binti Ahamad (NRIC No. S6871418D) are hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the sale of the leasehold interest in the flat known as Apartment Block 157, Yishun Street 11 #04-144, Singapore 760157, on the condition that the balance of the proceeds of the sale, less the repayments of —
the amount outstanding under any housing loan in respect of the purchase of the leasehold interest in the flat (including interest); and
any money withdrawn from the Central Provident Fund for the purchase of the leasehold interest in the flat (including interest),are deposited in the account designated in the letter of exemption dated 10th June 2008.
Zarah binti Ahamad is further exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of —
any withdrawal from that bank account; and
the use of the sum withdrawn therefrom.
The exemption in respect of the activity referred to in sub-paragraph (2)(b) is subject to the conditions stated in the letter of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1).
The Central Provident Fund Board is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the withdrawal by Jasmani Bin Bakran of any money standing to his credit with the Central Provident Fund to make a payment towards the purchase of a leasehold interest in the flat of the Housing and Development Board referred to in the letter of exemption dated 10th June 2008, including payment of any cost, fee or other incidental expense incurred for such purchase.
Jasmani Bin Bakran is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the use of any money referred to in sub-paragraph (4) for the purpose referred to in that sub-paragraph.
