Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 6) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2013.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 6) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2013.
Exemption
Arifin Bin Ali (NRIC No. S1430401J) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the inclusion of Nadiah Binte Arifin (NRIC No. S8516500C) as a co‑owner in the leasehold interest in the flat known as Apartment Block 519, Woodlands Drive 14, #02-289, Singapore 730519.
