Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 8) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 6th June 2007.

Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 8) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 6th June 2007.
Exemption
The Public Trustee as an administrator of the estate of Sajahan Bin Abdul Rahman (deceased) is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the transfer of the motor cycle bearing registration number FZ 589K belonging to Sajahan Bin Abdul Rahman to Shalimshah Bin Sajahan (NRIC No. S7811641B).
