Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 9) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2013.

Citation and commencement

Exemption
MSIG Insurance (S) Pte Ltd is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the payment of the Work Injury Compensation amounting to $1,800 and interest thereon (if any) that is due to Said Bin Ismail (NRIC No. S1265599A), but payable to Norsiah Binte Sahali (NRIC No. S0108507G), subject to the condition that those moneys are deposited in the bank account of Norsiah Binte Sahali designated in the notice of exemption issued to Said Bin Ismail and Norsiah Binte Sahali dated 15th July 2013.
Norsiah Binte Sahali is also exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of —
any withdrawal from the bank account designated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub‑paragraph (1); and
the use of the sums withdrawn therefrom.
The exemption in respect of the activity referred to in sub‑paragraph (2)(b) is subject to the conditions stated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub‑paragraph (1).
