This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 30th November 2005.

Subregulation 1

The following persons are hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the sale of the leasehold interest in the flat known as Apartment Block 1, Haig Road, #02-565, Singapore 430001, on the condition that all net proceeds of the sale are deposited in the account designated in the letter of approval dated 30th November 2005:

(a)

Fathi Abu Bakar Bafana (NRIC No. S1709186G); and

(b)

Norashikin Binte Osman (NRIC No. S7305916Z).

Subregulation 2

Suggest a correction

Norashikin Binte Osman is also exempted from section 6 of the Act in respect of any withdrawal from that account and the use of the sum withdrawn.

The exemption in respect of use of the sum withdrawn is subject to the conditions stated in the letter of approval.
