8. Registration of grader

No person, other than an employee of the Board, shall grade or carry on the business of grading timber unless he is registered under this Act as a grader.

Defined · s 2
“Board” means the Trade Development Board established under section 3 of the Trade Development Board Act;

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.[26
