Regulation 3

Every person who is required to provide his or her urine specimen for urine tests under section 19J or 19R(5)(b) of the Act (called in these Regulations a subject), and every enforcement officer who collects the urine specimen, must do so in accordance with either of the procedures set out in Part 1 or 2 of the First Schedule.
