31. Protection from personal liability

No liability shall lie personally against any of the following individuals who, acting in good faith and with reasonable care, does or omits to do anything in the execution or purported execution of this Act:
(a)
the Chief Executive;

“Chief Executive” means the person appointed under section 15 of the Health Sciences Authority Act 2001 to be the Chief Executive of the Authority;
(b)
any police officer;
(c)
any authorised officer;
(d)
any other person acting under the Chief Executive’s direction.
