30. Amendment of section 20
Feedback & supportIn the Poisons Act, in section 20(1), replace paragraph (n) with —“(n)prescribing the offences under this Act or any rules made under this Act that may be compounded;
(o)
prescribing that any act or omission in contravention of any rule shall be an offence punishable with a fine not exceeding $20,000 or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or with both.”.
