Clause 35
In the Road Traffic Act 1961, in section 72(1), replace the definition of “psychoactive substance” with —“ “psychoactive substance” means —
(a)
a psychoactive substance within the meaning given by section 2 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1973; or
(b)
a specified psychoactive substance within the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993.”.
