This Order is the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Exemption for Duty-free Retailers and Specialist Tobacconists) (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into operation on 15 July 2026.
Amendment of paragraph 1
In the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Exemption for Duty-free Retailers and Specialist Tobacconists) Order 2022 (G.N. No. S 718/2022), in paragraph 1, replace “Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale)” with “Tobacco and Vaporisers Control”.
Amendment of paragraph 2
In the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Exemption for Duty-free Retailers and Specialist Tobacconists) Order 2022, in paragraph 2, in the definition of “specified ferry terminal”, in paragraph (a), replace sub-paragraph (i) with —“(i)Singapore Cruise Centre (HarbourFront), 5 HarbourFront Avenue; or”.
