Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 July 2026.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Amendment of regulation 1
In the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Licensing) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 763/2017), in regulation 1, replace “(Control of Advertisements and Sale)” with “and Vaporisers Control”.
Amendment of regulation 2
In the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Licensing) Regulations 2017, in regulation 2 —
replace the definitions of “home for children and young persons” and “remand home” with —“ “home for children and young persons” has the meaning given by paragraph 2 of the First Schedule to the Social Residential Homes Act 2025;”; and
after the definition of “medicinal product”, insert —“ “remand home” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1993;”.
