Regulation 4

Application of payment

The Town Council may, in its discretion, apply any moneys paid by a tenant or owner under these By-laws —

(a)

first towards the payment of any penalty payable under these By-laws; and

(b)

thereafter (if any balance remains) towards the payment of any charge that is in arrears.
