The Town Council of Aljunied-Hougang (Penalties and Administrative Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) By-laws 2016 (G.N. No. S 243/2016) (insofar as they relate to administrative fees for the late payment of conservancy and service charges or licence fees) cease to apply to the transferred area described in item 1 of the Second Schedule to the Town Councils (Declaration) Order 2025 (G.N. No. S 336/2025) at the end of 31 July 2025.

The Town Council of East Coast (Administrative Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 79) cease to apply to the transferred area described in item 5 of the Second Schedule to the Town Councils (Declaration) Order 2025 at the end of 31 July 2025.
