Transitional provision

Where an administrative fee has been imposed on or before 31 July 2025 —

(a)

under the Town Council of Aljunied-Hougang (Penalties and Administrative Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges and Licence Fees) By-laws 2016 and relates to the transferred area described in item 1 of the Second Schedule to the Town Councils (Declaration) Order 2025; or

(b)

under the Town Council of East Coast (Administrative Fee for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws and relates to the transferred area described in item 5 of the Second Schedule to the Town Councils (Declaration) Order 2025,and remains unpaid at the end of 31 July 2025, that administrative fee is payable as from 1 August 2025 to the Town Council of Tampines as if it had been imposed under these By-laws.
