Constitution of Board

Section 4
(1)
The Board shall consist of —
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
a Deputy Chairman;
(c)
the chief executive officer; and
(d)
such other members, being not less than 5 and not more than 9, as the Minister may from time to time determine.
(2)
The First Schedule shall have effect with respect to the Board, its members and proceedings.
