33. Exclusion of enemy occupation period

Without prejudice to the operation of section 32, relating to the duration of registration and renewal thereof, in any case where under the provisions of this Act any period of time is stated for the doing or refraining from doing any act then in computing any such period of time the period between 15th February 1942 and 1st October 1947 shall be excluded.
