77. Fees
Feedback & supportThere must be paid in respect of applications and registration and other matters under this Act such fees as may be prescribed.
The Minister may make rules as to the remission of fees in the prescribed circumstances.
All fees collected must be paid into the funds of the Office.
Office
“Office” means the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore incorporated under the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore Act 2001;
Subsection (3) does not apply to fees prescribed in rules made under section 54(2)(g) which are to be forwarded to the International Bureau.
International Bureau
“International Bureau” has the meaning given by Article 2(1) of the Madrid Protocol;
