33. No action against Board, etc., in absence of bad faith
Feedback & supportNo action or legal proceedings shall lie against the Board, any committee appointed by the Board, or any member or employee of the Board or committee, for any act or thing done under this Act unless it is proved to the court that the act or thing was done in bad faith or with malice.
