Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Transboundary Haze Pollution (Air Quality) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 25 September 2014.

Transboundary Haze Pollution (Air Quality) Regulations 2014 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation THPA-S622-2014 2014, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2014.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Transboundary Haze Pollution (Air Quality) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 25 September 2014.
Air quality index number for poor air quality episode
For the purposes of section 2(2) of the Act, the prescribed number on the air quality index is 101.
Air quality index
The 24‑hour Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) adopted by the Agency for the average level of particulate matter in an area’s outdoor air environment that is less than or equal to 2.5 micrometres in aerodynamic diameter (PM2.5), at any time obtained over a 24 hour period immediately preceding that time, is the area’s air quality index for the purposes of the Act.
