Section 7(1) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 170A, 1997 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (l), the following paragraph:“(la)to cooperate with the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau of Singapore in relation to investigations under the Transport Safety Investigations Act 2018;”.
