Regulation 9
Meaning of “ordinary reportable matter”
For the purposes of section 12(2) of the Act, a marine occurrence is an ordinary reportable matter if it is a marine casualty (other than a very serious marine casualty) or a marine incident that —
(a)
occurs in the territory of Singapore; or
(b)
involves a Singapore ship.
