Subregulation 1
A licensee who changes the licensee’s financial year must inform the Board of the change —
(a)
where the approval of a public authority is required under any written law for the change — within 14 days after the date the licensee obtains the approval; or
(b)
in any other case — within 14 days after the date the licensee’s governing body passes the resolution, or otherwise makes a decision, approving or making the change.
Subregulation 2
In paragraph (1)(b), “governing body”, in relation to a licensee, includes the licensee’s board of directors or the partners of the licensee.
