37. Fees
Feedback & support(1)
There shall be paid to the Registrar in respect of the matters mentioned in the Schedule the several fees specified therein.
Registrar

“Registrar” means the Registrar or other officer performing under the Companies Act the duty of registration of companies;
(2)
All such fees shall be paid by the Registrar into the Consolidated Fund.
(3)
The Minister may from time to time, by notification in the Gazette, add to or alter the Schedule.
