This Act may be cited as the Trustees (Amendment) Act, 1975.
Amendment of section 4
Paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of section 4 of the Trustees Act is hereby amended by deleting the expression “two-thirds” appearing in the sixth line thereof and substituting therefor the expression “three-quarters”.
