Trustees (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2025 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation TA-S410-2025 1967, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1967.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Trustees (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 20 June 2025.
Compoundable offences
An offence under regulation 10 of the Trustees (Transparency and Effective Control) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 151/2017), in relation to the contravention of regulation 3A(1), 4(1), 5(1), 6(1), 7(1) or (2), 8(1), 8A or 9(1) or (4) of those Regulations, may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 84P of the Act.
