Regulation 2

An offence under regulation 10 of the Trustees (Transparency and Effective Control) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 151/2017), in relation to the contravention of regulation 3A(1), 4(1), 5(1), 6(1), 7(1) or (2), 8(1), 8A or 9(1) or (4) of those Regulations, may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 84P of the Act.
