Prohibition against supplying or procuring certain items
A person in Singapore or a citizen of Singapore outside Singapore must not, directly or indirectly —
(a)
supply, sell or transfer any designated export item to any person in Iran, or for use in or the benefit of Iran, whether or not the item originated in Singapore; or
(b)
procure any designated import item from any person in Iran, whether or not the item originated in Iran.
