Regulation 12
Offences
Subregulation 1
A person who contravenes regulation 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11 shall be guilty of an offence.
Subregulation 2
It is a defence for a person charged with an offence for contravening regulation 11(1) to prove that the person had a reasonable excuse for such contravention.
