These Regulations are the Variable Capital Companies (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 7

In the Variable Capital Companies Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 20/2020), in regulation 7(1)(a) and (2)(a)(i), replace “Ministry of Trade and Industry” with “Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry”.
