These Regulations are the Variable Capital Companies (Dissolution of Sub‑funds and Striking Off of VCCs’ Names) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 20 October 2026.

reg 2Amendment of regulation 4

In the Variable Capital Companies (Dissolution of Sub‑funds and Striking Off of VCCs’ Names) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 28/2020), in regulation 4 —

(a)

in paragraph (1), replace “section 33B(4)(b)” with “section 33B(3)(b)”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2), replace “section 33B(4)” with “section 33B(3)”.

In the Variable Capital Companies (Dissolution of Sub‑funds and Striking Off of VCCs’ Names) Regulations 2020, in regulation 8 —

(a)

in paragraph (1), replace “section 344A(4)(b)” with “section 344A(3)(b)”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2), replace “section 344A(4)” with “section 344A(3)”.
