If proceedings are adjourned by a court under section 139F(2)(a) —
a party may make a request for the proceedings to resume, but only if at least 14 days (or any longer period specified by the court) have elapsed; and
the proceedings are to resume as soon as practicable after the request is made.
If the proceedings resume, a judge who interviewed the parties under section 139F(2)(b) must not (except at the request of the parties to the proceedings) —
continue to hear the proceedings; or
determine the proceedings.
